Family Law Attorney – Join a Values-Driven Practice
Addair Law’s mission is to protect clients with compassion. We believe exceptional Family Law results from a balance of empathy, preparation, confidence, and collaboration. We are seeking a Family Law Attorney who shares these values and is committed to providing principled, client-centered representation. We want litigators who are prepared to fight in Court for our clients but are savvy enough to recognize and recommend settlement negotiations when the outcome will best support our clients’ goals.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $150,000

Position Responsibilities
• Represent clients Family Law matters
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Attend hearings and court proceedings
• Conduct legal research
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• Manage caseload independently
• Collaborate with staff and attorneys
• Participate in firm growth and marketing efforts
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Licensed in Kansas
• Family Law experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and collaboration skills
• Experience with MyCase (case management system) a plus
Performance Expectations
• Effective case management and timely progression
• High-quality legal writing and advocacy
• Consistent client communication and responsiveness
• Strong courtroom performance and professionalism
• Contribute to firm success and collaboration
