Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $38,000 – $45,000

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients via phone and in person
• Gather and maintain accurate client records in MyCase
• Guide clients through onboarding and scheduling
• Manage calendars and consultations efficiently
• Provide clear, empathetic communication
• Prepare contracts and support administrative workflows
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• 2+ years in similar role (law firm preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MyCase (case management system) a plus

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
• Ensure near 100% data accuracy
• Support efficient scheduling
• Deliver a positive client experience

Position Responsibilities

• Represent clients criminal defense matters
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Attend hearings and court proceedings
• Conduct legal research
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• Manage caseload independently
• Collaborate with staff and attorneys
• Participate in firm growth and marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Licensed in Kansas
• Criminal defense experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and collaboration skills
• Experience with MyCase a plus
