Logan Hoover
About
Born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas, Logan Hoover brings both global perspective and deep local roots to his practice at Addair Law. His path to criminal defense has been shaped by academic achievement, international experience, and years of hands-on service within the firm.
Logan earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University in 2013, majoring in Sociology and Modern Languages (Spanish.) Shortly after graduation, he embarked on a solo motorcycle journey from Kansas to South America, crossing 19 countries and over 30,000 miles on a Kawasaki KLR 650 from 2014 to 2016. During that time, he built lasting friendships and immersed himself in the communities he visited—particularly in La Preciosita Puebla, where he has since returned to reconnect with friends. This experience broadened his cultural understanding and strengthened his commitment to meaningful human connection.
He returned to Kansas State University to complete his Master’s degree in Modern Languages in 2019 before earning his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2023.
Logan’s history with Addair Law began well before law school. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has served as an intern, paralegal, summer associate, and finally, as part of Washburn Law’s Third Year Anywhere program, gaining comprehensive experience in criminal defense practice at every level. That progression gives him a practical understanding of case development, client communication, and courtroom preparation that benefits the individuals he now represents as a criminal defense attorney.
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese in addition to English, Logan is particularly passionate about serving Hispanic and multilingual communities. His appreciation for Hispanic culture is not academic alone—it is personal, lived, and ongoing.
Clients value Logan for his kindness, approachability, and steady advocacy. He is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and vigorously defended. Logan is proud to live and work in his hometown and to serve all Kansans in need of legal defense, including Spanish speakers.
